Which cookies this website uses, what they are for and how you can manage them.
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on a visitor's device. Some are needed to make the site work (technical cookies), others measure traffic or build advertising profiles (analytics and profiling cookies). The first kind does not require your consent; the second does.

It is the only cookie this site installs.
The chat widget on this site sets no cookies, but it uses your browser's local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) to remember the ongoing conversation and a few preferences: the chat session identifier, the language, the assistant's name, the text size, whether you have already dismissed the welcome message and which pages you have seen during your visit.
This information stays on your device and is not used to profile you for advertising. You can remove it by clearing the site data in your browser settings.
For these reasons the site displays no cookie consent banner: technical cookies and the local storage needed to run the chat do not require one, under Art. 122 of the Italian Data Protection Code and the Italian supervisory authority's guidelines on cookies of 10 June 2021.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Note that disabling technical cookies may stop parts of the site from working properly.
To find out how we handle the personal data collected through this site, read the Privacy Policy. Any changes to this page are published here, with the revision date shown at the bottom.
